How to Submit
Step-by-Step Submission Guide
Prepare your submission
Review the journal’s author guidelines and prepare your manuscript, title, abstract, keywords, author information, and reference list.
Enter manuscript details
Sign in or create an author account, then provide the manuscript title, abstract, keywords, discipline, article type, and complete details for all authors.
Upload manuscript files
Upload the manuscript file in DOCX or PDF format. You may also attach a cover letter and provide supporting information where applicable.
Complete declarations
Provide conflict-of-interest and funding statements, confirm the applicable ethics declaration, and confirm originality and co-author approval.
Submit and retain your tracking number
Submit through the JERA in-house system. Once submission is successful, retain the tracking number for correspondence and future status enquiries.
